Vortex Points™

In this workshop, we learn to locate and activate the seventy–two vortex points on our own bodies. Activating a vortex point provides a deep relaxation around the point, relaxing tension and stimulating lymphatic fluid, thus accelerating the release of toxins from the body. We learn sequences for relaxing the entire body, as well as specialized sequences for the face, the feet and the legs, relief for stress or headaches, and tensions after strenuous activity. The Vortex Points technique increases blood flow and vital energy, promoting general health and well-being.
