The Arica Introductory Program has the purpose of introducing the Arica School and a way to discover what is at the base of the human process.

This introduction begins with Ego, Mind and Sudden Enlightenment, a video by Oscar Ichazo, the founder of the Arica School, followed by an examination of the Three Fundamental Questions: Why is there such sadness? Why does anger exist? Why is there fear?

For a deeper understanding, we then practice the Three Fundamental Forms Meditation and end with an introduction to the Arica Protoanalytical Trainings.
