THE THREE INSTINCTS
Suffering and its root causes in our everyday lives are directly related to our three Instincts. To establish the basis upon which Sadness, Anger and Fear manifest, we examine the three Instincts found in the body, each related to an anatomical cavity. Of the five anatomical cavities, the three cavities related to the Instincts are the ones where Feelings of Sadness manifest, Emotions of Anger arise, and Thoughts of Fear are projected.
